Description
The WideTEK 48ART-800 is designed for museums, galleries, archives, universities, studios and cultural heritage organisations that need safe, accurate and high-resolution artwork digitisation.
It supports a maximum document size of 1219 x 2032 mm / 48 x 80 inches, making it suitable for almost all commercially available canvas formats. Its contact-free scanning process helps protect delicate, framed or textured originals by capturing artwork without physical pressure.
The scanner delivers 1200 x 1200 dpi optical resolution with 48-bit colour internal resolution and 16-bit greyscale internal resolution. It always scans in full colour for high-quality image capture, while 3D texture mode supports detailed reproduction of brush strokes, canvas grain and surface texture.
With two linear white LED lamps, no warm-up time and no UV or IR emission, the WideTEK 48ART-800 is built for safe and efficient daily use. It supports a wide range of output formats including Multipage PDF, PDF/A, TIFF, JPEG, JPEG 2000, PNG, BMP, DICOM, PCX, PostScript and EPS.
